Job summary

East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Diagnostic/DM01 Performance Lead to support our team across ESNEFT. You will work with the Head of Elective Performance to provide operational management of services within the division, ensuring quality standards within available resources.

The role requires EPIC experience, EPIC validation, and solid knowledge of DM01 and RTT processes. You will lead performance oversight across diagnostic pathways and present actionable insights

Qualifications

• Experience in EPIC and EPIC validation is essential.
• Experience with DM01 diagnostics and RTT processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day oversight and management of Trust-wide diagnostic pathway performance against DM01 standards.
• Oversee performance for the 15 key diagnostic tests and procedures in the monthly DM01 return.
• Prepare, interpret and present diagnostic performance information for governance forums, including waiting lists and trajectories.
