The role involves data interpretation, reporting to governance forums, and ensuring timely actions to address performance gaps. A management qualification and NHS IT proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Proven management/leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of EPIC and NHS IT systems.
• Understanding of NHS policies and current agenda.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trust-wide diagnostic pathway performance oversight against DM01 standards.
• Prepare and present performance information for governance forums.
• Manage operational delivery within designated clinical services.
