Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Deputy Director of Elective Care to lead elective care improvement workstreams and drive sustained delivery against performance standards, including RTT, Cancer and Diagnostics.

You will be a pivotal member of the COO leadership team, building relationships with clinical and divisional teams while focusing on performance, productivity and pathway improvements.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in relevant field or equivalent management experience.
• Masters in a relevant subject (e.g. healthcare, management) or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of further professional development activities in the past two years.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of key elective care improvement programmes across the Trust.
• Strategic development, business planning and service development.
• Operational performance management and leadership of teams through large-scale change.
