Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Digital Systems Specialist. You will oversee Epic analysts, lead system configuration, and drive digital transformation to improve patient care and staff efficiency.

The role requires Epic certification, strong communication, and collaboration with clinicians and managers across the Trust. A mix of onsite and remote work, with a protracted probation and opportunities for development are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Epic certification/accreditation required.
• PRINCE/MSP or equivalent project management qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex technical concepts to clinical and managerial staff.
• Develop and deliver complex technical/process concepts for large groups.
• Supervise Epic analysts supporting the EPR and drive system improvements.
• Test system changes and provide user support including training alignment.
