BakerHicks is seeking an experienced Planner to support a major EPCM framework project based at a client’s life sciences facility in Barnard Castle. This hands-on planning role working with project teams to develop, manage, and control schedules on technically complex engineering projects.

You’ll identify risks early, ensure programme compliance, and support successful delivery in a highly regulated environment. On-site work at the client facility is required four days per week.

Qualificações

• Experience managing multiple project schedules in engineering or construction.
• Primavera P6 experience is essential for this role.
• Life Sciences or regulated environments preferred.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing, regulated setting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and report project schedules for EPCM projects.
• Integrate schedule updates and progress data accurately.
• Monitor performance against baselines and identify variances.
• Prepare regular programme reports highlighting risks and mitigations.
• Support resource planning and workload forecasting with teams.
• Contribute to contingency planning and schedule risk mitigation.
• Participate in project meetings as a planning lead.
• Ensure schedules comply with contractual and governance requirements.
