Job summary

NRL Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Manager for a major Grangemouth project. The role covers cost management and contractual governance within an EPC environment, focusing on risk and compliance with governance processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in Project Planning, Estimating and Cost Control.
• Senior commercial experience within EPC environments.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial activities: estimating, cost management, planning and contracts management.
• Supervise and support contract teams including Estimating, Cost and Planning personnel.
• Coordinate and elevate commercial and contractual matters for governance approvals.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate project risks with corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with norms, delegation of authority and internal standards.
• Oversee planning/scheduling practices including WBS and coding.
• Review project controls and schedule reports to improve outcomes.
• Manage reporting requirements and lead senior stakeholder reviews.
