NRL Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee cost management and contractual governance on a major project in Grangemouth with hybrid working. The role suits someone with a strong EPC background, who can drive risk management and ensure compliance across all commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in Project Planning, Estimating and Cost Control.
• Senior commercial role experience in EPC environments.
• Strong understanding of engineering interfaces and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial activities including estimating, cost management, planning and contracts management.
• Supervise and support contract teams including Estimating, Cost and Planning personnel.
• Coordinate and elevate all commercial and contractual matters for governance approvals.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with norms, delegation of authority and internal standards.
• Oversee planning and scheduling practices, including Work Breakdown Structures and coding.
• Review project controls and schedule reports, applying lessons learned to improve outcomes.
• Manage reporting requirements and lead functional reviews with senior stakeholders.
