Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial activities: estimating, cost management, planning and contracts management.
• Supervise and support contract teams including Estimating, Cost and Planning personnel.
• Coordinate and elevate commercial and contractual matters for governance approvals.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate project risks with corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with norms, delegation of authority and internal standards.
• Oversee planning/scheduling practices including WBS and coding.
• Review project controls and schedule reports to improve outcomes.
• Manage reporting requirements and lead senior stakeholder reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial activities, covering estimating, cost management, planning and contracts management
• Supervise and support contract teams including Estimating, Cost and Planning personnel

Must-have Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience within Project Planning, Estimating and Cost Control
• Previous experience in a similar senior commercial role within EPC environments
• Strong understanding of engineering discipline interfaces, project management and construction
• Proficiency with planning software
• Proven leadership capability, with experience managing and developing teams

Nice-to-have Skills

• Familiarity with business systems implementation and process optimisation
• Previous experience within oil & gas, renewables or related engineering sectors
