Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust in Wakefield is hiring an EOC Administration Officer (NHS AfC Band 4) to support the EOC Operations and Senior Management Teams with onboarding, governance, and minute-taking.

You will coordinate meetings, manage documentation, handle confidential data, and assist with equipment procurement and staff recognition initiatives, reporting to the EOC Administration Coordinator. A dynamic, supportive team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Competent in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience of administrative systems and processes.
• Experience of administration and office routines.
• Experience of team-based working.
• Good interpersonal skills and professional credibility.

Responsabilités

• Arrange, facilitate and record meetings for EOC core business.
• Collate, disseminate and update associated documentation.
• Provide administration support to EOC functions.
• Ensure timely communication of EOC awareness and learning from incidents.
