Job summary

Hayley Dexis is seeking an Envoy Driver at our Oldbury branch in the West Midlands. This full-time, permanent role involves stocking and maintaining onsite vending machines, visiting multiple customer sites and building strong relationships with our clients.

You will start from the Oldbury branch, count stock, and drive to sites across Newport, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham on specified days. A company vehicle is provided during working hours, and a good IT skill set is essential for ordering

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving license and be able to drive to multiple sites.
• Good computer skills to manage stock and orders.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain vending machines across multiple sites.
• Commute from Oldbury to Newport, Bristol, Cardiff, and Birmingham as required.
• Manage stock counts and place orders for new stock.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients.

We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic Envoy Driver to support the busy Rail team at our branch in Oldbury. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the Envoy Driver role:

As our Envoy Driver you will support and manage our local customer base, ensuring that the onsite vending machines are fully stocked and maintained. The role will require you to commute to multiple sites, where you will be able to build strong relationships with our customers and develop your product knowledge. A vehicle will be provided during working hours.

A typical working day will see you starting at our Oldbury branch, picking and counting the relevant stock (PPE, tools, consumables, etc), and then driving out to multiple customer sites to replenish vending machine and consignment stock. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday you will cover the Newport, Bristol and Cardiff areas, and on Tuesday and Thursday you will cover Birmingham. This role also involves ordering in new stock so good IT skills are a must.

• Experience of working in a similar warehouse environment would be beneficial
