Job summary

Clarke Bridges Resourcing Ltd's client seeks a Training Director to lead and grow the Training department, including CIWM (WAMITAB) qualifications, the Academy and RubbishTalk, across environmental training and online learning.

You will shape strategic development, manage operations and performance, build client relationships, develop new training products, and drive digital learning initiatives while traveling across Scotland and North England as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Training department.
• Support departmental growth, performance and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs including pipeline activity, revenue and learner volumes.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, delivery and client experience.
• Contribute to wider business planning and leadership discussions.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and support sales pipeline.
