The role oversees CIWM (WAMITAB) qualifications, the Academy and RubbishTalk, with responsibility for operational leadership, commercial performance and online learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive growth.
• Experience in training and competence management.
• Familiarity with CIWM (WAMITAB) qualifications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Training department's day-to-day operations.
• Drive KPI monitoring including revenue and learner volumes.
• Develop client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
• Oversee online learning platforms and digital training products.
• Coordinate trainers, assessors and internal resources.
