Job summary

Willmott Dixon in Cardiff is launching a 2–3 year Graduate Trainee Programme in Environmental, offering hands-on experience on South Wales construction projects and rotations across site management, quantity surveying, design and preconstruction.

You will be degree-qualified by September 2027 in Environmental, Sustainability, Engineering, Construction, STEM or Law-related subjects, with opportunities to earn while you learn and to gain funded study; a buddy supports you from day one.

Qualifications

• Degree required; excellent communication and teamwork.
• Interest in environmental sustainability and construction is essential.
• Willingness to learn across multiple disciplines and locations.
