East Suffolk Council is seeking an Environmental Services Support Officer to join our team in Melton. You will handle administrative duties, process work via email, phone, and in person, and support colleagues across services.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our Council as an Environmental Services Support Officer (ESO).
You will be one of our ESOs that carry out a range of administrative support duties based within the Team.
Your duties will include receiving and processing incoming work arriving by email, telephone, and face to face interactions, with both internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining computer records using Uniform and other IT systems. Duties will also include quality control and data correction as required and you will assist in arranging meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
