Full Circle Technical Recruitment is seeking an Environmental Advisor for our client operating across the Thames region. This permanent role involves supporting infrastructure projects and coordinating environmental planning, consents and permits.

You will work with design, planning and construction teams to ensure compliance, manage risks and deliver projects on time, while contributing to biodiversity and environmental targets in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental management, planning or consenting.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Good IT skills and a flexible, proactive approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Provide environmental planning and consenting advice throughout the design and planning stages.
• Identify environmental consent requirements, including necessary surveys, assessments and reports.
• Coordinate EIA screening, planning applications and associated documentation.
• Advise project teams on consenting processes, timescales, risks and costs.
• Liaise with designers, project managers, clients, planning authorities and environmental regulators.
• Coordinate environmental risk reviews, constraints mapping and specialist support where required.
• Manage applications for environmental permits and consents, including watercourse works, protected trees and public rights of way.
• Support environmental project management to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Assist in achieving client biodiversity and environmental targets.
