Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Glasgow is seeking an Environmental specialist to join our Scotland team. You will coordinate environmental work, assist with EIA and consenting, and work with multi-disciplinary teams across sectors.

The role offers hybrid working, career development, and opportunities to work across the UK and Ireland. Degree in environmental discipline and chartership progress encouraged, with strong report writing and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in an environmental or related discipline.
• Chartered or working toward chartership with a relevant professional body.
• Working on EIA and Consenting projects in any sector.
• Good knowledge of the EIA process and environmental technical specialists.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the coordination and delivery of environmental work (EIA, options appraisals, environmental management).
• Collate and edit information from various sources for clear, well-written reports.
• Deliver own work to a high standard on time and to budget.
• Support senior management with bid preparation and project management to ensure on-time delivery.
