We have an exciting role within our Public Protection service as an Environmental Health Officer.
The Public Protection service is dedicated to improving residents' lives and living standards, protecting the environment, safeguarding consumer interests, and supporting a robust local economy.
In the Private Sector Housing team, your focus will be on licensing and managing houses in multiple occupation, investigating substandard housing conditions, and other housing-related issues. You will also conduct research and develop intelligence on the local private sector housing market to inform enforcement strategies.
