Job summary

Siemens Energy Limited is seeking an Environmental Advisor to support the Head of Environment in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Siemens Environmental Management System (EMS) within the Project Entity. You will advise Site Managers and Project Delivery teams on environmental matters and liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance and promote sustainability.

Key duties include tracking UK/EEA environmental legislation, updating processes, auditing compliance, and driving

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline with understanding of environmental legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Graduate ISEP Membership or above.
• Valid driving license.
• Experience in the construction industry and with EMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Environment in developing and improving the EMS.
• Monitor UK and European environmental legislation and update processes.
• Ensure employees understand statutory duties and procedures.
• Identify and manage environmental consents and compliance.
• Conduct environmental audits and inspections for compliance.
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
