Valpak Limited seeks an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customers, acting as the main contact with a data‑driven, solutions oriented approach. You will maintain communication, spot opportunities for service improvements, and ensure timely data collection and submission.

You should be highly motivated, pro‑active, and able to balance independent work with collaboration in a busy team, with a focus on numeric reasoning and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to quickly take on large quantities of technical information.
• Advanced IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent planning, scheduling and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
