Valpak Limited is hiring an EPR Account Manager in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role is hybrid with two days in the office and the rest from home, supporting US operations and international clients.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts as the main contact, focusing on communication, data submission accuracy, and service improvement. Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, numeric reasoning, and a proactive, collaborative approach within a busy, operational team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Ability to quickly assimilate large quantities of technical information.
• Advanced IT skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
