Job summary

Valpak, the UK’s leading environmental compliance provider, is hiring an Environmental Compliance Advisor in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role sits in the Customer Experience department and is offered as permanent, full-time with hybrid working arrangements.

The successful candidate will act as the initial point of contact for members, deliver regulatory advice, manage data submissions, and collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service. Travel to customer meetings is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required
• Full, clean UK driving licence required
• Degree level or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for member regulatory queries and deliver advice
• Promote Valpak’s service and develop industry knowledge
• Ensure data submitted by members meets required standards
• Develop knowledge of data submission processes and regulations
• Account management of a portfolio of member accounts
