Valpak is seeking an Environmental Compliance Advisor to join our UK team. You will be the initial point of contact for member regulatory queries, delivering guidance with professional service and strong data handling.

Travel to meetings and events is encouraged as part of the role. You will develop knowledge across regulations, data submission, and account management while supporting cross-departmental work to enhance member service and industry insight.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
• Excellent ability to pick up, retain and deliver regulatory information.
• Highly IT literate in MS suite.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Polite and professional at all times.

Responsabilités

• Act as a first point of contact for member regulatory queries and provide advice.
• Promote Valpak’s service offering and develop industry knowledge.
• Ensure data submitted by members meets required standards.
• Develop knowledge of regulations and data submission processes.
• Account management: manage a portfolio and support retention.
