Principal People Recruitment is seeking an Environmental Advisor to support major infrastructure projects across Thames Valley on a hybrid basis. You will provide practical environmental guidance to site teams and help embed best practices.

The role offers a salary up to £50,000, a car option or £5,000 allowance, 13% pension, 28 days leave + bank holidays, private medical insurance, CPD and progression on long-term water and infrastructure projects.

Competenze

• Requires relevant environmental qualification or degree.

Are you an Environmental Advisor looking for an opportunity to make a real impact on major infrastructure projects while developing your career with an established contractor?

Principal People are working with a leading infrastructure contractor, recognised for its commitment to employee development and career progression, to recruit an Environmental Advisor supporting projects across the Thames Valley on a hybrid basis.

Working alongside an experienced and supportive environmental team, you will play a key role in ensuring environmental compliance, driving improvements in standards and embedding best practices across projects.

• Monitoring environmental performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Building effective relationships with project teams, clients and external stakeholders.

What are they looking for?

• A relevant Environmental Qualification (ISEP or Equivalent) or Degree.
• Experience working within construction, infrastructure or utilities sector.
• A good understanding of environmental legislation, compliance and environmental management systems.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage and influence operational teams.
• ISEP Practitioner membership, or working towards it, would be advantageous.
