Position Overview:

This role involves analyzing and improving Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance, primarily focusing on HSE compliance, workplace inspections, and training.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing on-site HSES risks and controls, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Leading and supporting HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
• Developing and maintaining HSE & ERT procedures.
• Participating in incident investigations and audits.
• Conducting HSE training sessions and daily field audits.
• Supporting risk assessments and providing quarterly HSE reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years’ experience in chemical plant or refinery sector preferred.
• Experience in multiple HSE areas beneficial.
• Knowledge of UK/European HSE regulations and standards.
• Experience in incident investigation and emergency response.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
