Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Health, Safety and Environment Manager to join our team based at our site in Kingswinford.
The purpose of the role is to ensure compliance with relevant standards and continually improve our performance and culture in HSE, as measured by metrics including but not limited to: accident measures, near misses, action completion, audit schedule adherence, carbon footprint, recycling, sustainability, and energy consumption.
Additionally, the role involves guiding the transition of HSE ownership from a traditional single functional structure to a more agile and effective cross-functional model. A specific focus on risk assessment rationalisation is essential, along with creating robust handover plans for business areas to take ownership of arising issues.
