Job Responsibilities

As our SHEQ Manager, you’ll lead the charge in embedding a positive SHEQ culture across the organisation. You’ll design and implement robust management systems, guide teams through audits, ensure ISO compliance, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

You’ll:

• Develop and manage SHEQ policies, processes, and training programmes.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications.
• Champion sustainability initiatives across the business.
• Collaborate with all departments to embed SHEQ into everyday decision-making.
• Represent Rendesco during audits, inspections, and industry forums.
• Oversee supplier and contractor compliance through robust PQQ management.

Experience & Personal Attributes

You’re a confident SHEQ leader who thrives in dynamic environments. With deep knowledge of legislation and best practices, you're as comfortable on-site as you are advising senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
• NEBOSH Construction and Chartered Member of IOSH.
• Demonstrable experience in a senior SHEQ role, ideally within construction or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience managing ISO systems, audits, and incident investigations.
• Exceptional communication, training, and leadership skills.
• Up to £60,000 salary (DOE)
• Hybrid working – split between London & Gloucestershire offices, with home flexibility and travel to sites
