A global technical construction company is seeking a dedicated HSQE Manager to uphold clients’ high standards of health and safety across projects. Reporting to the HSQE Director, you will play a pivotal role in implementing safety management systems and promoting a positive safety culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with UK and EU health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and maintain safety management systems on all projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits, addressing any identified risks.
  • Deliver training and toolbox talks to enhance safety awareness.
  • Investigate incidents and enforce preventive measures.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies on safety matters.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  • Proven health and safety experience, ideally in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
