A newly created opportunity working for a multidisciplined growing UK engineering services business who work with a diverse range of customers across food & drink, utilities, nuclear, aerospace & defence and many other areas of manufacturing and infrastructure. This Environment, Health & Safety Manager vacancy will be focused on integrating newly acquired businesses into the group.

The Environment, Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for:

1. Aligning Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards and policies across merged entities, ensuring compliance and minimising operational risks.
2. Performing SHEQ due diligence assessments to identify gaps or risks in compliance, safety, and environmental performance.
3. Creating and implementing SHEQ integration plans, including training programs, audits, and process harmonisation.
4. Establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor SHEQ performance and integration progress.

The Environment, Health & Safety Manager will have:

1. Strong understanding of SHEQ regulatory frameworks and industry standards; experience in M&A integration or change management is advantageous.
2. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
3. Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and assessments.
