Job summary

Crossley Scott is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead the EHS function across projects in Northern Ireland. You will own the EHS strategy, manage a team of EHS Leads and Advisors, and collaborate with senior management to drive a proactive safety culture.

Reporting to the Director, you will lead audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' EHS experience in construction or industrial environments.

Our client is a specialist electrical contractor delivering major Data Centre, industrial and critical infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead and develop the EHS function across their projects.

Reporting to the Director, you will take ownership of the EHS strategy, lead a team of EHS Leads and Advisors, and work closely with senior management and project teams to drive a strong, proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the company's EHS strategy and performance.
• Manage and develop the EHS team.
• Set EHS objectives, KPIs and performance standards.
• Oversee audits, inspections, investigations and corrective actions.

About You

• Proven experience driving continuous improvement.
• Data Centre, electrical, MEP or critical infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
• Full UK right to work.
