Job summary

isepglobal is seeking an experienced environmental project manager to lead consents, licensing, and contract specification activities for major infrastructure projects. You will drive timely delivery by coordinating with contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.

In this role you will scope and manage multiple consultancy contracts, develop critical stakeholder relationships, and conduct scheduled inspections to ensure compliance with planning consent and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable project management across major projects, including scope, cost, risk and timing.
• Proven stakeholder management, influencing and negotiating to represent client interests externally.
• Environmental degree preferred, with postgraduate qualifications and experience in infrastructure or environmental consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Consents discharge, environmental licensing, and contract specs to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate environmental and consenting compliance with contractors and clients, meeting statutory and internal obligations.
• Scope, tender, award, and manage multiple consultancy contracts to support EnvCoW services and post planning surveys.
• Develop external stakeholder relationships with consenting bodies, authorities, and consultees to build consensus.
• Build positive relationships with contractors and project teams to raise environmental and regulatory performance.
• Conduct inspections and audits on delegated projects to ensure compliance with planning consent and environmental requirements.
