Job summary

Toomey Motor Group is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team in Basildon. No automotive experience required as full training will be provided. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with duties spanning claims submission, documentation checks and liaising with Service Departments and vehicle manufacturers.

You will be organised, accurate and eager to learn, with opportunities to develop within the motor industry and gain exposure to multiple manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Organised and able to manage own workload.
• Comfortable with systems, spreadsheets and documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit warranty claims accurately and within required timescales.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, Advisors and Technicians to ensure correct information for each claim.
• Check warranty documentation to ensure it meets manufacturer requirements.
• Monitor claims through to payment.
• Review and resolve returned or rejected warranty claims.
• Reconcile manufacturer warranty payments and highlight discrepancies.
• Follow manufacturer processes, policies and procedures.
• Support dealerships in achieving high standards of warranty administration.
• Build strong working relationships with teams across Toomey Motor Group.
