Job summary

STERIS is recruiting a Sterile Services Technician at our Kingston upon Thames site. The role involves preparing sterile consumables through decontamination, inspection, assembly and packing to strict quality standards.

You will join a dedicated team with comprehensive training, working 12 weeks full-time on Monday–Friday, then shifting to a rotating pattern including early, late and night shifts. A supportive, equal-opportunity employer environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Good general education with verbal and numerical abilities.
• Basic IT skills to operate tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, inspect, assemble and pack sterile consumables to predefined quality standards.
• Check, wash and lay up theatre instrument sets to contract specs.
• Operate and monitor washers, disinfectors and related equipment.
• Log repairs and missing instruments in the Traceability system (SynergyTrak).
