We need your entrepreneurial spirit, your negotiation skills, and your drive to deliver an exceptional experience for both high-end retail consumers and fast-paced trade professionals.

Our Showroom Leadership Programme offers a fast-track opportunity to step into management. To find our future leaders, we run a rigorous selection process: following a virtual behaviour-led screening, successful candidates will be invited to an assessment day. Acting as your final stage interview, this day includes group tasks, individual exercises, and a final presentation. It is not just an interview, it is your first opportunity to learn about our business and network directly with our regional managers.

The selection Process:

• Top talent moves quickly, and so do we. If your profile matches what we're looking for, you will be invited to a virtual behaviour-led interview, followed by our fast-paced Regional Assessment Day.
• This interactive event will test your commercial acumen through live simulations- like our "Showroom Launch Emergency" task. We aim to make verbal offers within 24 hours of the event.

• Commercial Ownership: Manage your own showroom, drive revenue, and take full responsibility for your showroom's Profit & Loss.
