Job summary

CPM Acquisition Corp. is seeking a Sales Associate to support customers, deliver outstanding service, and contribute to achieving sales goals. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and close sales transactions.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, handling quotes, processing orders in SAP, and collaborating with account managers and leadership. Occasional travel to customer or vendor sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or project management is a plus.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand needs, and close sales.
• Respond to calls and emails with customers and account managers.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and apply prices per guidelines.
• Enter opportunities into Salesforce per procedures.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy with account managers.
• Record sales orders in SAP and send confirmations to stakeholders.
• Submit SAP purchase requests and coordinate with specialists.
• Discuss concerns with commercial leadership and travel for training.
• Perform SAP Business One tasks and other admin duties as assigned.
