What the role involves:

You will be managing the full end-to-end, recruitment process including business development to build and establish new professional relationships as well as proactive candidate resourcing via Linked-In, Job Boards, Adverts and Referrals

You will be required to use selling and negotiation skills on multiple levels from sourcing/feedback & offer stages.

What we require:

• Desire to work within a sales environment and to targets/previous experience in sales or a target based environment
• Complete fluency in English (spoken and written)*

*Additional fluency in Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Polish are also welcomed (but not required)
