Job summary

Fusion Antibodies is seeking an entry-level Purification & Analytics Scientist reporting to the Purification & Analytics Manager. You will contribute to production projects, applying basic protein expression, purification and characterization techniques, and assist the R&D team in ongoing experiments.

The role emphasizes accurate data sharing, routine lab maintenance, and clear reporting. Strong communication and clean lab practices are essential, with experience in mammalian cell culture

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc in a Biology related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and cell culture.
• Experience with protein purification and mammalian cell lines.

Responsibilities

• Share and discuss data with line manager to ensure production demands are met within agreed timelines.
• Support routine laboratory operation and maintenance.
• Prepare and present oral and written reports on research activities to internal audiences.
• Maintain safety procedures and adhere to laboratory safety rules.
