You will iterate designs using insights from testing and research, champion accessibility, and collaborate with product, service design, brand, content, and analytics teams to create reusable, inclusive interfaces.

Qualifications

• You are experienced in user-centred design and understand how to use customer insight from qualitative and quantitative research to inform evidence-led design decisions.
• Skilled at creating prototypes to validate designs and able to choose appropriate methods to test your assumptions with users.
• Have strong UX/UI skills, and experience using and contributing to design systems, ensuring reusable and consistent designs.

Responsibilities

• Take a user centred approach to the delivery of UI/UX work for products and services, ensuring customer insight informs design.
• Use evidence from testing and research to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Design collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate design value to stakeholders.
• Create rapid prototypes to validate concepts with stakeholders and users.
• Set design direction and embed iterative design methods within agile teams.
