Job summary

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking an experienced Interaction Designer to join a government digital delivery team, working remotely within the UK. You will design user-centered interactions that help citizens complete tasks efficiently and confidently, and shape end-to-end user journeys while ensuring accessibility and standards compliance.

Collaborating in a multidisciplinary, Agile environment, you will create intuitive interfaces and advocate for inclusive design throughout the services

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing digital interactions for user-centred services.
• Experience with GOV.UK Design System and delivering services aligned to the GDS Service Standard.
• Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows using modern design tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
