Job summary

USA Insulation is hiring Installation Technicians to join small teams and travel to residential and commercial sites to install insulation products. You will work in pairs or small crews to deliver high-quality installations across multiple locations.

No prior insulation experience is required as training is provided; a positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors are valued. This is a part-time, temporary role with on-site work and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, can-do mindset and enjoy helping customers improve their homes.
• Outdoor work is preferred and candidates should respect customers' homes and property.
• Experience with insulation is a plus but not required; training is provided.
• Familiarity with basic tools like drills, pumps and hand tools is helpful for installation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install foam insulation in existing walls.
• Install loose fiberglass or batt insulation in attics, crawl spaces and other areas.
• Set up ventilation systems and related products.
• Address service calls as directed by Foreman or Owner/Operator.
