Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Crew Lead (In Field) to supervise a small team of 1–2 installers on insulation projects. You will guide the crew, ensure safe, high-quality installations, and actively participate in hands-on work.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflow, training teammates, inspecting work for quality, enforcing safety protocols, and communicating with customers about project requirements. You may drive company vehicles as needed and must be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mass Save Crew Lead and Lead Safe Certifications.
• 4-6 months of Mass Save installation experience.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for construction work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of insulation technicians to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and provide on-the-job training.
• Inspect installations to ensure quality and address deficiencies.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote safe working practices.
• Communicate with customers to understand project requirements.
• Drive company vehicles and perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections as needed.
