Job summary

Max Energy, a supply and fit insulation installer, is expanding to support newbuild housing with major housebuilders. No prior insulation experience is required because we provide a full training programme for all new employees.

You will install insulation in external walls, timber frames and lofts, load materials, follow install processes, conduct pre- and post-install inspections, and log paperwork on our in-house app while adhering to health and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Experience as an insulation installer or general construction preferred but no essential
• Site Labouring/DIY experience would be an advantage
• CSCS card required or willingness to obtain one
• A degree of fitness is required as this is a manual role and can be physically demanding
• Full driving licence is required with less than 6 points
• Must be over 21 years of age for insurance purposes

We have committed workloads for years to come from major housebuilders such as Taylor Wimpey, Barratt Redrow, Bellway and Vistry.

Do not worry if you have not installed insulation before as we have a full training programme for all new employees.
