Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors and attics, following blueprints, quality standards and safety protocols.

You will report to your local warehouse each morning (Sutton, Woburn, Whitman, Wareham or Springfield) and may drive as needed; fast growth is available, with potential to advance to Tech II or Crew Lead after six months and higher incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics according to blueprints or specifications.
• Ensure safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Operate company vehicles where permitted and complete driver training if applicable.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
