Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Crew Lead (In Field) to supervise a small team of installers on insulation projects. You will direct daily tasks, monitor quality, and ensure safety compliance while actively participating in installations when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mass Save Crew Lead and Lead Safe Certifications required.
• 4-6 months of Mass Save installation experience.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to construction work.
• Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of insulation technicians in project execution.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and ensure timelines are met.
• Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and support to team members.
• Report job or employee issues to management.
• Inspect completed insulation installations to ensure quality standards and specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety briefings.
