Job summary
GLORY is seeking an entry-level Field Service Engineer to start from home and visit customer sites across the UK. You’ll diagnose, configure and repair equipment while building reliability and customer-focused communication. A full UK driving licence and training are provided, along with a company vehicle.
Hours vary with travel; there is a weekend rota with additional pay and clear progression into more advanced technical roles.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing environment demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
- Interest in engineering and technology with practical problem-solving.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Start from home and travel to customer sites to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Interact with customers to understand problems and provide updates.
- Use Windows laptop to review logs, perform checks, and record work.
- Carry out basic connectivity tasks and periodic maintenance.
- Participate in weekend rota and strive for first-time fixes.
