Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT hardware and Windows OS is advantageous; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment such as servers and racks.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Data Centre Operations supervisor.
• Monitor data centre infrastructure including cooling, power, servers, and network devices.
• Ensure backups of critical data are taken and securely stored.
• Maintain the data centre environment.
• Provide out-of-hours support.
