Job summary

Furza in Runcorn is hiring two Sales Development Executives to support its continued growth in B2B sales. No prior sales experience is required, and you will join a structured Sales Academy with coaching and full role training.

You will reach out to prospective customers by phone, email and LinkedIn, book and support calls for the senior sales team, and keep your activity and pipeline up to date in the CRM while building relationships with brand-name clients.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy talking to people.
• You want to build long-term relationships with exciting brand-name clients.
• You are organised, curious and willing to learn.
• You keep going when something does not work first time.

Responsibilities

• Building a clear understanding of our client's solutions and what they do for customers.
• Reaching out to prospective customers by phone, email and LinkedIn to introduce the business and open conversations.
• Booking and supporting calls for the senior sales team.
• Keeping your activity and pipeline up to date in the CRM.
• Building relationships that turn into long-term business.
