The role involves supporting the accounts team, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records while developing expertise in finance. A detail-oriented, organised, and team-friendly approach is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Previous administration experience would be desirable, although candidates looking to develop their experience within an accounts environment are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy environment.
• Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Preparing payments and ensuring all supporting paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Supporting Car Auction administration, including invoice posting and allocation.
• Processing Road Fund Licence data and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with purchase ledger administration, including scanning, processing invoices and allocating manufacturer accounts.
• Maintaining and accurately recording Motability costs within the system.
• Supporting company accident claims, month-end administration and general finance duties as required.
