Flourish in Dorset is hiring an Entry-Level Account Executive to join the sales team in Portland. No prior AE experience required; full training and ongoing support will be provided. You will develop relationships with prospective customers, identify opportunities, and help drive new business growth.

Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying opportunities, contacting prospects by phone/email/video, and keeping CRM records up-to-date. A UK driving licence is essential.

Entry-Level Account Executive

Salary: £35,000 Basic + £35,000-£45,000 OTE
