Job summary

Morrisons Daily in the United Kingdom is seeking an entrepreneurial, customer-focused Convenience Store Manager to run one of our busy stores as if it were your own business. You will lead a team, recruit and train staff, ensure health and safety, and drive exceptional customer service while managing costs.

As the heart of the store, you will champion the local community, flex hours including early mornings and weekends, and deliver strong performance across customer, team, and operational

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments is beneficial.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop talent.
• Strong customer service orientation and store-level business sense.
• Ability to manage costs while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store to deliver Customer & Commercial Performance, treating the store as a own business.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing development of all colleagues.
• Ensure Standards & Compliance, health and safety, and a safe shopping environment.
• Engage with the local community as a Local Champion and drive community engagement.
