Morrisons Daily is seeking an entrepreneurial, customer-focused store leader to run a busy convenience store. You’ll treat the store as your own business, drive sales, manage costs, and champion the local community.

You’ll lead recruitment, induction, and training, while ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional customer service. Flexibility is key, with early mornings, late nights, and weekends typical.

Competenze

• Retail, convenience or hospitality leadership experience is beneficial.
• Experience recruiting, inducting, and developing staff is preferred.
• Ability to drive commercial performance while maintaining high standards.
